About us

Step into the extraordinary world of Christian Missionary Fellowship International (CMFI), Ottawa, a vibrant sanctuary of faith located at81 Auriga Drive, Unit 23, Otttawa, Ontario. Here, we are not just a church; we are a movement, guided by unwavering faith in Jesus Christ and a profound commitment to the teachings of the Bible.

CMFI, born in the fertile soil of apostolic ministry in 1975 by Professor Zacharias Tanee Fomum in Cameroon, has blossomed into a global phenomenon. Our presence spans 140 nations, with a family of more than 5 million members and an army of international and national missionaries. Our mission is clear: to lead every soul in our fold to become ardent worshippers, finding their ultimate joy in a profound, personal connection with God.

At CMFI Ottawa, our vision is monumental – to mold disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ, individuals who will follow His divine guidance in all aspects of life, driven by an overflowing love for Him and a continually deepening knowledge of His grace. We’ve set our course to ensure that every soul within our province hears the gospel, preached with the divine fervor of the Holy Spirit, and embraces the faith. Our aspiration is nothing short of seeing at least one-third of our province’s inhabitants transformed into dedicated disciples of Jesus Christ, representing every nation, tribe, race, tongue, and hue that thrives within Ottawa’s embrace.

But our ambition doesn’t stop at our provincial borders; in obedience to the Lord’s directive to spread His word to all nations (Matthew 28:19), Ottawa is just the launching pad. As we toil in the name of Christ within our province, we are also passionate about sending forth missionaries and nurturing the growth of churches in distant lands and provinces. Our commitment to this cause knows no bounds, and we’ll employ every righteous means to achieve our mission.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to God for those who have joined us on this incredible journey, and we eagerly await the many more who will join us in the future.

Praise the Lord!
